NOTES:
(1) To kick one's feet up is an idiom, which means to relax or lounge with one's feet elevated, as on a sofa, recliner, bed, etc.
(2) Snuggie is a trade name of sleeved blankets. In North America, it is a slang for wedgie, an uncomfortable tightening of the underpants between the buttocks, typically produced when someone pulls the underpants up from the back as a prank. The expression to chill in one's snuggies is quite informal and can be translated as coçar o saco in Brazilian Portuguese. Depending on the context, this Brazilian idiom can mean (a) to hang around or (b) to sit on one's bum, while the latter is extremely ofensive.
(3) The Dougie is a hip hop dance generally performed by moving one's body in a shimmy style and passing a hand through or near the hair on one's own head. The dance originated in Dallas, Texas, where it took its name from similar moves performed by 1980s rapper Doug E. Fresh. The Dougie gained notoriety through rapper Lil' Wil, whose song My Dougie, released in late 2007, became a local hit.
In Linguistics, the word dougie is an example of barbarism, which is a nonstandard word, expression or pronunciation in a language, particularly one regarded as an error in morphology. Nowadays, dougie is used as a verb and it means to have a cool or hip style.
(4) P90X is an abbreviation for Power 90 Extreme. It is a commercial home exercise regimen created by Tony Horton as a successor to the program called Power 90. It consists of a training program that uses cross-training and periodization, combined with a nutrition and dietary supplement plan. Some people consider it a revolutionary system of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping workouts, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped in just 90 days. However, anyone who wants to follow the 90X routine must always consult a fitness expert and a nutritionist first.
(5) In one's birthday suit is a slang term, which means naked. It is used in a humorous way.
