UEFA: Passar este texto para o Present Perfect

Elizabeth, de acordo com o enunciado, eu entendo que o texto deve ir por completo para o present perfect, e sem modifica-lo; deste modo, especial atenção deve ser dada aos verbos (announce, be).

O texto assim está bem ruim e não faz sentido para mim, mas é simplesmente o texto sendo passado por completo para o present perfect, sem modificá-lo, como sugeriu o amigo Redseahorse:

"UEFA, the entity responsible for European football, has announced today that the final of the Champions League has been played in the city of Porto, Portugal, on 21/08. During the afternoon. The match has been between English Chelsea and Manchester City."
