Como dizer "Dar-se bem com e Entender-se com" em inglês

Como digo em inglês (acredito que tenha mais de uma forma) "Eu me dou bem com fulano" ou "Não me entendo com sicrano".

Em British English, existe ainda a opção "get on" para se dizer "dar-se bem com alguém", "entender-se com alguma pessoa", "ter um bom relacionamento". Confira a seguir exemplos e definições.
Get on: Chiefly British : to be or remain friendly : to get along.
They've never really got on (with each other).
Eles na verdade nunca se deram bem (um com o outro).
We get on well enough, but we're not really close friends.
Nós nos entendemos (= temos um bom relacionamento), mas não somos amigos muito próximos.
I (don't) get on well with her.
Eu (não) me entendo bem com ela.
