I was just having some fun, really, knowing what an aficionado you are for new and unusual words, I thought I`d throw "precocious" into the mix to see what you'd make of it. I'd stick to "premature," which is what I think people use all the time. "Precocious" is generally used in a positive sense, meaning "able to do something at an earlier age than expected." So if employed here it could leave the ambiguous sense of reaching the age of puberty earlier than expected...

Wikipedia also lists rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax, or early ejaculation as variants under premature ejaculation.

Henry, thank you for providing yet another word for it. We can use that to refer to "premature ejaculation" too.

Now this website has this Latin form: aejaculation praecox as far as refers to PE.
