Yasmin, pelo contexto, eu deduzi "formação humana" enquanto o "desenvolvimento das funções do corpo", não como um desenvolvimento de cunho educacional. Pelo menos, quando ouço "formação humana", eu imagino um cenário de aprendizagem para alunos, profissionais, cidadãos, etc.
Depois dessa introdução, eis uma possível tradução:
