Considerando que "pastry" é algo mais genérico, quando nos referimos às comidas/salgados à base de massas, e que "pastel" é o nome de uma comida típica do Brasil, uma adaptação de comidas asiáticas. Eu sugeriria manter o nome em português: "Pasteleria Shop", "Pastel stall", etc.

And also "pastry shop". I agree with RedSea, the (food and travel) rating sites that lands in Brazil to rant about food often mention "pastel", both "pastel shop" or "pastel stand" (stand - associated with "banca" or with tables, etc, summing it up - street food).

By the way, "pastel" is a minced-meat-filled pastry OR cheese-filled pastry (fried in oil). It comes in flat half-moon-shaped sheets. Then you fill them with those contents, or some others.
They made to the recipe sites as "Brazilian pastel", so they aren't mistaken for the Portuguese Custard Tarts (pasteis de nata) a very different pastry.
