Como dizer "Provisório" em inglês
Pessoal,
this is a ____________ version of the report
this information is _____________, still need some revision (or review?)
this is a __________ report, the final version will be sent soon
(outros exemplos, sempre bem-vindos)
tks in advance

I'd use "preliminary". There is "provisional," but it sounds a little too literary to me. "Provisory" actually means something else (dependent on, conditional on -- from "provided that" or "proviso").

Temporary
Talvez este trecho ajude:
A temporary version is a saved version of a page in Main Article Space in which the editor who saves the changes actually has plans to make more permanent changes at a later time or date, or has the strong expectation that one or more other editors will. The later time may be a few minutes or days later, or may be indefinite. A temporary version may or may not have an incomplete appearance to the reader.--Wikipedia

Me sugeriram "draft version" tb.
obrigada, pessoal

The best fitting word would be "draft" or also "rough draft"
this is a rough draft of the report
this information is unrevised, it still needs some revision
this is a rough draft of the report, the final version will be sent soon

It's always best to write and rewrite several rough drafts before your final copy.
