Como dizer "rego (dos seios)" em inglês

Olá! Gostaria de saber como se diz "rego" dos seios em inglês. A dúvida veio após ler esse texto: expresso. Note que rego é uma parte do corpo e não uma parte do vestido (decote). Não tenho interesse em saber a palavra decote, e sim, a palavra rego. Alguém poderia me ajudar nisso, por favor?

Chest gap.
Technically it can also be called "chest cavity" or "pectoral gap" (maybe some gym-goers would favor this one along with the informal 'chest separation').
Also, in medicine, they talk of "intermammary sulcus" (sometimes - cleft - but way less often).
By the way, cleavage is associated to women because it was first used in the 40', until then the word was used in Geology to mean the way a rock or crystal splits.
Some (raunchy) Brit movies hit America at that time and the movie-rating people 'coined' the word.
"Tuck" is a word that means/associated to "sulco" but then not used with that meaning, but you can see expessions like "her head tucked in his chest." By the way, "chest" can be used to mean both, the gaps and the breasts of a man as well, . In generic ways, in specific ways it's as I have explained above.
