Como dizer "relógio de ponteiro" em inglês?

Gostaria de saber se há alguma expressão específica para relógio de ponteiro. Estava conversando com um aluno e não consegui pensar em nenhuma forma de falar dos relógios que não são digitais nem smart; os bons e velhos com três ponteiros.

What about "analog clock"? Or a clock with an analog display? There are the wristwatch kind, and the (big) ones with a round clock face in which the minutes are the shortest hand indicates the hour, the longest arm - the minutes.
Here is a traditional windup (que dá corda), spring-driven, alarm clock. It's also a mechanical thing.
It has an inset dial to set the alarm time, and a twin bell, in case you are a heavy sleeper.
