Exemplo:
A) Se as pessoas não forem compreensivas, não tiverem paciência ou não voltar à vida normal, pelo menos para os saudáveis e que não morem com idosos, nesta época tensa de corona, eu acho que as pessoas vão enlouquecer, como já estão ou se iniciam, ou vai ter violência e saqueamento das coisas...
B) Você vai saquear tudo agora?

Firstly I don´t have a good enough answer to B, lack of context. What first springs to my mind is "saquear a geladeira" (say - someone on diet): "Now are you going to raid the fridge? That´s not a good idea!" (would somehow convey the idea of eating "everything" in it.) That is an example to illustrate, one of many you could have provided to us.
Anyway, too broad question as it is...
As for question A (the first one):
In such times of major crises - as they face disasters - some able-bodied young would be prone to loose all rationality, and then either violence or looting could ensue.
By the way, Wired featured an item about that, and somewhere in it the following:
"The sociologists found again and again and again and again that that was just completely wrong, that people are mostly pro-social in a disaster and they don't panic. They help each other, they seek out information.”
Disasters work similarly as money does, fat chances that they make good people better and bad people worse.
