Como se fala Você (até) pode, mas não deve em inglês?
A. Mãe, eu posso comprar o que quiser? 'Você pode, mas não deve.'
B. Eu posso fazer um plano para tudo ir mais rápido? 'Você pode, mas não deve.'
A. Mãe, eu posso comprar o que quiser? 'Você pode, mas não deve.'

I can't think of a literally equivalent, put in that same words, but I know one that may (in general ways) convey the same idea:
Mummy, can I buy whatever I want? You can, but I wouldn't buy it if I were you. (depending on the tone it could be just and advice or that she strongly disagrees with it and there will be consequences...)
You can, but wouldn't be a good idea. (would work to the second sentence "B" - as well, but in a more cautioning [or even discouraging] way (since a 'workmate', for instance, may not have the same 'punishing' powers).
In another context we could state that "you can do anything, but doing that wouldn't be advisable/wouldn't be the wisest thing to do."
And speaking of ethical behavior (values, etc):
Yes, you can do everything you want, but no one escape the consequences.
Everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial.
You are allowed to do anything, but not everything is good for you.
