Our goal is to clear/clear up the waiting list by the end of February. (Brazil)
Our goal is to reduce (drastically) the waiting list. (everywhere else - in all other places).

And yet in another context:
If the waiting list does not clear up, will I be able to get my money back or not?
If you have done an online booking, then after the chart preparation even if the ticket is in waiting list, it will be cancelled automatically and money will be refunded back to your bank account within 10 working days.
