Drinking and driving
Brazil has a zero tolerance law for drinking and driving, valid all over the national territory.. Driving with high blood alcohol content is the main cause of accident.
The law, commonly referred to as Lei Seca, determine: Who drunk driving will lose seven point in the driver’s license, pay fine and will have the right to drive suspended for one year.
In Brazil drunk driving, like most other social problem, resists simple solutions. However the society has done a lot, each of which can contribute to a reduction of the problem. So, if you drink don’t drive. Never condone or approve of excessive alcohol consumption. Don't ever let your friends drive drunk. Call a taxi and may other examples. It is a simple fact: Alcohol affects your coordination.

Hmm, queria colocar algumas conjunções no texto, mas escrever em ingles pra mim ainda é complicado, então eu tenho ideias separadas e vou formando o texto, então nao sei quais colocar. É a famosa história, ainda penso em portugues e passo pro ingles...
