In American English is and in a general way the "take" option is best.
Indeed "take" is common to some kinds of transport: bus/train/plane/taxi, among others.
I usually take the bus to work.
Depending on the context you can also say "I go by [taxi/bus/bike/train/car/tube, etc].
Get would be more used with the meaning of "using the service", so on arrival to the airport you could get a taxi (chamar um táxi/pedir um táxi - digamos, nos à(ao) atendente ou à empresa que oferece o serviço).
This could lead to translations that mislead the new learner because you can say that you "pegou um táxi no aeroporto" but with "get" indeed you "chamou/pediu um táxi". In fact there is an intersection in sense, after somebody had arrived home he/she can state that they "pegaram um táxi" when they "chamaram/pediram...". That´s why you might found expressions with get translated in such way (at least I assume you it was what happened).
I learned that in the US to get a taxi could lead to ambiguity, they could think that you bought one, "to take a taxi." is the preferred way there.

#1 - entrar/subir no ônibus (pode-se pensar em "pegar o ônibus" - mas implícito que é subindo, entrando nele).

Yes. For taxis/cabs we could say "get/catch/take a taxi".

O mais uma pergunta mais ai se eu queiser usar o get para pegar. É a mesma coisa que take ?

To "pegar um táxi" one can use, e.g. "get a taxi", to "pegar um ônibus" one would use "catch a bus/take a bus".
Still, "pegar um ônibus" can be translated as "pegar um ônibus" (you can find this way elsewhere, but even so one would think of "pegar" (subindo no ônibus, entrando no ônibus). So, this way is less used.

Entendi mais se eu quiser dizer dizer em relaçao ao meio de trasportes em geral e melhor take ou get ?la na liçao onde eu estou fazendo , diz assim :You take subways and trains at a station, and you take buses at bus stops., ta dizendo que usa take , mais eu ja vi usarem get exemplo essa frase :"get a taxi em relaçao a isso qual eu uso ?
