Never Would x Would Never: Qual é o certo?

Hi! Which is the correct sentence:

• I would never do that - Eu nunca faria isso.
• I never would do that - Eu nunca faria isso.

I've been seen a lot of films and I hear these sentences every time.
I think the two ways are correct, but I would like to know which is more formal/informal.
