What the Nursing Faculty has done here is to set out which courses may be taken by students who are not enrolled in the Rutgers Master's Program in Nursing. In other words, space permitting, the Faculty will accept outside students into these courses. Someone wishing to do so, from outside the nursing program, will probably want to do so for professional development and career advancement.
