My suggestions:

1) Interpret it however you want.

2) Take it however you want. This phrase is great for informal conversations.

3) Make of it what you will. This sentence sounds more poetic or literary.

4) Feel free to interpret it as you like. This is a very polite and courteous way.

5) Whatever helps you sleep at night. Personally, I find this phrase quite ironic and funny. You use it when someone wants to believe an absurd version of things just to feel good.

Somehow it reminds me of the comment I found elsewhere:

(It's) just my opinion/advice… you don’t have to take it and you definitely don’t have to agree with it...

And also "That's my view/my point of view/my opinion...(about the topic/...the issue, the subject, the matter etc) You can think of it whatever you wish."
