NOTES:

(1) Seicho-no-Ie is a teaching of love that preaches that human beings are children of God. It is a philosophy that transcends religious sectarianism, which teaches that all religions are lights of salvation that emanate from the Only One God;

(2) These are the daily precepts from 2013 Seichō-no-Ie Calendar. A peculiar characteristic of Seicho-no-Ie is the dissemination of philosophy through books. Their essential work is Truth of Life collection, whose content is a treatise on philosophy, religion, parapsychology, psychosomatic medicine, ethics, applied psychology, sociology, economics, politics, education, in short, it is a base philosophy of everything which refers to human activities.

The three pillars of fundamental doctrine of Seichō-no-Ie. According to it, the humans beings were created in the image and likeness of God to prject themselves phenomenally in accordance to the perfect image of God. In other words, we will not become perfect; we are already originally perfect and we just live up to that original image.

One of the ways to become aware of this and train our minds naturally is the daily practice of Shinsokan Meditation - the contemplative practice of Seichō-no-Ie in which the carnal body assumes a proper posture, closes the fleshly eyes in order not to focus the mind on the phenomenon and, using consciously contemplation with the mental eyes, train the body, breath and thought to recognize and apprehend the True Image of Life. Consequently, through this constant training, the environment and relationships improve noticeably, because if the mind changes, so does the projection.

Now, follow the mindsets that will help you live a life with fulfillment, which derived from the basic teachings of Seichō-No-Ie:
