Uma pessoa me perguntou isso e eu fiquei sem jeito, já pesquisei o verbo frasal "shou out" que é o equivalente a "gritar muito alto para atrair a atenção de alguém" exemplo: "She shouted out my name=Ela gritou meu nome (para atrair a atenção de alguma outra pessoa).
Mas mesmo assim não consegui decifrar a frase.
