I was watching this year's WWDC (Apple Worldwide Developers Conference) when I came across the following joke:
At 00:59 Scott Forstall says:
"Now, if you compare that to the competition...They released a dairy product, 4.0, about the same time that we released iOS 5(...)"
Can somebody explain me the joke?

"Dairy product" could mean, in this case, that their latest Operating System is perishable like a dairy product, unlike the more solid Apple Operating System. Then again their marketing staff would say that, wouldn't they?
