A expressão em negrito é muito comun, mas eu não me lembro da tradução agora.

Were his for the taking: eram dele na hora que ele quisesse pegar, estavam lá, bastava ir pegar. Estavam a disposição dele para ele pegar quando e do jeito que quisesse.
