Quero entender o significado desse trecho dentro do contexto pois na minha cabeça não está fazendo muito sentindo.
"get away with using"

"To get away with using crop sensors" means that, although full-frame sensors would be your best option in an ideal scenario and the type of sensor you would want to go for if you could spare the money, crop sensors will do enough of a good job and ultimately suffice your effective, immediate photography needs.
