Tradução para "have not even been"

Olá. Estava lendo uma matéria aleatória no The Guardian para tentar melhorar meu vocabulário, pois tento ler alguma pra tentar aprender frente aquilo que tenho mais dúvidas.
Hoje me deparei com a seguinte frase:
"But we still have not even been given the full charge sheet and I have seen no evidence."
Consegui traduzir a frase parcialmente, mas o trecho com "have not even been" me deixou super confuso. Alguém consegue me explicar essa construção.

Nao tem como traduzir só esse trecho.
We have not even been to Brazil = Nunca nem fomos ao Brasil
I have not even been angry before = Eu nunca nem fiquei bravo antes.
We have not even been given the full charge sheet = Ainda nem recebemos a charge sheet (nao sei o nome exato em portugues) completa.
Vai mudar dependendo do que vem depois.

We have been given this. = Nos deram isto. (Present perfect/ passive voice)
We have not been given this. (Não nos deram isto.)
We still have not been given this. (Ainda não nos deram isto.)
We still have not even been given this. (Ainda nem nos deram isto.)
We were given this. = Nos deram isto. (simple past/ passive voice)
We have been given this. = Nos deram isto. (Present perfect/ passive voice)
We have not been given this. (Não nos deram isto.)

You also might be interested in reading about the present perfect and its structure, sentences like that are a bit different in Portuguese, it´s not a word-for-word translation, it has some temporal nuances there.

As the news item was about two students I think they would know legal terms, so I tried to keep it faithful to a Portuguese lawyerly perspective. Albeit trying to strike a balance with informal language as well.
