You can say either "Put 30 reals of credit on each one" or "Put 30 reals of credit on each."
And you can say either "Put two ice cubes in each one" or "Put two ice cubes in each."
The word "one" is not necessary, but people say it often.

With "every", the word "one" is required. An example would be
"Give a sandwich to each and every boy." = "Give a sandwich to each and every one."
Although in this structure "and every" is redundant, it's commonly heard. Now consider these sentences:
"Give a sandwich to each and every other boy" = "Give a sandwich to each and every other one."
