Tritongo = Triphthong
Ambos são classificados como encontros vocálicos. E é exatamente isso que procuro: Como digo encontro vocálico em inglês?
Não colocarei a sugestão do Google Translator aqui por me parecer literal demais, e o buscador do Google não me foi útil.
