We could say "I disagree, this doesn´t makes sense, she is very accessible and nice!"
OR
"I beg to differ. She is very nice, friendly and dependable person!"
"You couldn´t be more wrong, she is a friendly and nice person!"
In a less confrontational (more polite way):
"I am afraid you could be more wrong, she is a very friendly and nice person."
And other ways, of course. Let´s wait for more.
The "nossa" could be translated into "ouch!/ow/come on!"...and other ways.
