Some days ago someone asked me how to say, in English, "Quão charmoso você vestiu seu bebê hoje!"
I answered : How neatly you dressed your baby, today! Is that correct? Is that natural for native speakers?
By the way, if it is correct, can I use the auxiliary to emphasize the action? (How neatly did you dress your baby, today!)

My suggestion, Sandrom:
How charming your baby looks today! You dressed him up well.
And to emphasize:
How (incredibly) charming your baby looks today! You did dress him up well.
Or
You dressed him up so well.
Neat is not the same as charming. Someone can be very neat but not so charming, do you agree?
