Not really, grammarly and logically it isn´t so (easiest and questions can´t be (logically) in the same sentence):
-You should focus on the easiest question first. (there is only one "easiest question" there.)
OR
-You should focus on the easier questions first. (there is more than one easy question there.)
"Easiest" by definition is unique in itself.
