"do lado direito" on the passenger's side
"do lado esquerdo" on the driver's side
This is OK for Brazil,the States etc. (left hand drive cars)
For England (right hand drive cars) you need to swap them over
"do lado direito" on the driver's side
"do lado esquerdo" on the passenger's side
Vehicles are usually manufactured in left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) configurations, referring to the placement of the driving seat and controls within the vehicle. (Wikipedia)

Have you identified where the noise comes from?
Have you figured out where the sound is coming and when it happens? where is the clunk/rattle?
Did you find where the what´s causing the squeaky noise/grinding noise/vibration/clicking/clanking?
Did you pinpoint the source of the suspension noise?
Do you or someone else ever figured out what this noise is? (may be understood as impolite or impatient sentence, so save it to your friend...or relative, if he is the repairman.)
You can see more hits on some search engine (of your prefference); you can use
words like: engine sound noise ''at the front end" clanking at front end
"front suspension end" "clunking sound" "suspension noise" knocking/squeal(ing)/thunk/chirping noise "noise from rear"
