Well, I run a search and the comment is from the Facebook trends that got from a Fox News item.
In it there´s a female cadet that happens to be on her smartphone while marching at a mid-graduation ceremony.
Then the caption is ''Busted! West Point cadet caught on phone mid-march."
And they use it as a prompt to get some comments. Someone remarks then: "She should go through the entire course again." and a second commenter states:
"Would have pulled her from rank and file and she would NOT have graduated! Call me old school but there has to be respect!"
Teria que retirá-la das fileiras/da formação e ela não teria que se formar! me chame de antigo/antiquado, mas tem que haver algum respeito!
Rank and file would mean "fileiras" ou "tropa" nesse caso especial. In other sentences it would mean some of the words above.
