Como dizer "não é?" em inglês

Know that very end of a sentense where we ask for a confirmation of what we just asked? I'll give na example:

Essa é uma boa ideia, não é?
Você concorda comigo, né?

This part in bold and undelined. This little words I can't express correctly.
I'm used to say isn't but I don't know if it is right.

Somebody can help me?

And please, don't be shy to correct anything wrong I've sad.
I know I make a lot of mistakes when I try to express myself in english (while writing and speaking).
That's why it woult be great if someone help me to correct me.

The concept of "né" exists in English, but it is not as common as it is in Portuguese.

Many different words can be used in addition to what Simon has written. The big question is, of course, context.

Isn't that right?
If that is OK with you.
If that works for you.
If you like.
Don't you think?
Don't you think so?
Aren't I/you/we/they?
Isn't he/she?

It's hot today, don't you think?
He will be here at seven, right?
We are leaving at six in the morning, aren't we?
She studies so hard, doesn't she?

Simon, I didn't knew that...
This scheme of tag question is all new to me. I usually say "isn't" in the end of all my sentences when I want to use the expression. "não é?".

From now I'll pay more attention on the words I say.
But thanks very much.

And Thomas, I'm grateful for your examples. They will surely help me to improve my vocabular. Thanks a lot!

Canadians used to say "eh!" at the end of the sentences. It's almost like our "né?".
