If it's about an action that's done at the exact moment when one says this as to tell another person they're supposed to do as you do so things go according to plan you can say "follow my lead" but if it's about acting like they do in general then "just do what I do" would work, it's not as much of a set expression as "follow my lead" but it conveys the point. Or maybe "just watch and learn from me" but this one can make you come across as cocky and arrogant sometimes.
Just follow my lead and everything will be okay.
Just do what I do and you're golden/ Just do what I do. You can't go wrong with it.

And also, in the lines of "confie no meu taco":
Trust me, bro. (I know what I am talking about/...I know what I am doing.).
Dude, trust me.
Trust me, I am... (an engineer/a doctor, etc, I know what I am talking about.)
Don't worry, I know what I am doing.
Don't worry, I know what to do.
Take my word for it... (in a more formal word choice.)
And other ways.
From "Gobi's Adventure" book:
“Relax, kid, this ain't my first time doing this. You're gonna be alright, just relax and trust me.”
