Stream x Flow: Qual a diferença

Who could help me?
What`s the difference between stream and flow??? Both stream and flow means "fluxo", but I have some difficults to understand when use one or another.
Oh! I have an example:
e.g.: fluency is probably best achieved by allowing the stream of speech to flow.

Stream:Série,corrente,sequência.(Indica o conjunto)
Flow:Fluxo(líquidos,gases,etc).(Indica o movimento)
As diferenças,em um sentido mais amplo,ficam mais claras com o convívio e estudo diário.
