Como eu posso dizer isso em ingles?
"Se conforme"
No sentido de nao ter mais jeito para algo... Segue o exemplo para ficar mais facil interpretar.
EXEMPLO:
- Se conforme, você nunca vai conseguir fazer isso!
- Se conforme, ela nunca te dará bola... Ela tem namorado!
É isso!

Yeah, I been waiting six months for the chance to casually drop that one... I know... it´s bad, but Márcio does it all the time.

Inasmuch as "to resign" oneself implies acceptance, I'd probably prefer "Resign yourself to the fact that..."
