Going to + Have + Participle - É considerado Future Perfect?

Olá, pessoal, tudo bem? Eu estava pesquisando algo sobre o tempo verbal em inglês chamado de Future Perfect, que é formado pelo "Will + Have + Participle", correto? Um exemplo: "The train will have left when you arrive.", que significa "O trem já terá partido quando você chegar.". Mas aí eu gostaria de saber o seguinte: Se a gente usar, em vez da frase acima, a seguinte estrutura: "The train is going to have left when you arrive." esta frase vai continuar seguindo a estrutura do Future Perfect se nós substituirmos o Will por To Be Going To?
