Future Perfect and Future Perfect Continous

Hey everyone. How are you doing'?
Well.. I searched on the forum, but I didn't found anything about it.
My question is:
Future Perfect there is two ways: 'will' and 'be going to' - right?
WILL:
F.P: WILL HAVE + VERBO NO PARTICIPIO
exemplo: you will have finished your work.
F.P.C: WILL HAVE BEEN + VERBO NO GERUNDIO
exemplo: you will have been finishing your work.
BE GOING TO:
F.P: AM/IS/ARE + GOING TO HAVE + VERBO PARTICIPIO
exemplo: you are going to have finished your work.
F.P.C: AM/IS/ARE + GOING TO HAVE BEEN + VERBO NO GERUNDIO
exemplo: you are going to have been finishing your work.
Question is: how is the translate of this? And is it used often?
