Hello ADRIANO. How are you?
I do not recommend the use of the expression silly you in order to avoid biased language.
Silly is an adjective. We usually placed adjectives before the nouns they modify.
Since we are also talking about the pronoun you, I'd like to make some points:
A) After the object pronoun you, the speaker should use a word to specify who he / she is taking to in a meeting, speech or any other groups. It is important to avoid confusion between the listeners:
Ex.: If Peter doesn't scold you, silly boy, I will.
>> Se Peter não chamar sua atenção, tolinho, eu irei.
B) The word order of the adjectives changes when we use them to make exclamations or questions about degree.
Ex.: How silly you are!
>> Que bobinho(-a)(s) você(s) é(são)!
How silly are you?
>> Quão bobinho(-a)(s) você(s) é(são)?
C) If we want to express our opinion about someone directly, we can make use of the following word order:
The examples above are used when we are criticizing someone. We put an exclamation point at the end of each sentence because they are examples of interjections. An interjection is a word or phrase that is used to show a short sudden expression of emotion.
I hope I've helped anyway.
So long,
Ricardo.
