Vejam:
Clauses using "Data From":
1.The data comes from data extracted from Wikipedia's squid server logs.
2.Modems split the Net data from TV data and direct it to the PC.
3.Data from 2006 data suggest that only 9 percent would opt into the program.
4.However, they have based their conclusions on a comparison of data from 1999 with data from 1969.
5.Data from other ocean color missions will be added, including data from NASA's Aqua satellite.
Clauses using "Data On":
1.In one analysis, the researchers used data on 3,391 women and a second analysis involved data on 1,150 women.
2.Recent data on inflation has also been less than cheery.
3.Unearthed agenda-setting data on true extent of benefit claimants.
4.Weekly jobless claims data on Thursday did little to lift the mood.
5.Scientists also looked at NASA data on ultraviolet intensity in England.
Definition to the word "Data":
1.Facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis
2.The quantities, characters, or symbols on which operations are performed by a computer, being stored and transmitted in the form of electrical signals and recorded on magnetic, optical, or mechanical recording media
3.Things known or assumed as facts, making the basis of reasoning or calculation
I hope I've helped

"The set consists of [the] data from Brazilian students." ["dos dados" sugere "todos os dados"= the data]
