You could use also less stronger statement/generalization, I mean, using softer ways. Those ones that means "never say never", sorta.
It would be something like "I have not been there, and I would not advise you to." or "...and I wouldn´t go, if I were you." etc It´s a way not seem like you are pushing others into accepting your opinion. (BTW, your opinion may or may not accurate or may be different of others that go there on another day.)
