Ex:You´re lying!You told me you wanted the red slack and not the blue one.
So,if i´m lying,why would I have asked you to bring me the red one last weekend?

O mais comum neste caso seria "Why would have I" ou "Why would I have".
Ao meu ver o mais comum seria a segunda opção mas não tenho certeza,poderiam me dar mais exemplos de perguntas com a mesma estrutura?

Sim, a segunda: ''why would I have...?'', ainda: why would you have, why would she have, why would we have, etc.

My suggestion:
A segunda opção é a correta...
would + sujeito + verbo ...?
e.g.:
if you did it would you have thrown the toy in the trash or would you have made me do it?
would I have to carry the bag to the dumpster also or would you do that bit?
she then even emptied my baby brothers dirty diaper bin into the same trash bag, before taking out to the dumpster, would you have used a clean bag at least?
