Tenho duvida sobre a tradução correta dessa palavra se pode ser traduzida como uma pessoa experiente e tal tarefa e caso exista traduções melhores, ela aparece na seguinte frase.
"She is well-practiced inthe art of losing herself. I can't say the same of myself."

Well-practiced is skilled to the point of being considered experient.

It can be also, a bit colloquially, be said: "seasoned". And also "experienced/familiarized" and other ways.
