Como dizer "Atendimentos" em inglês

Hello guys,

I'd like to get your help regarding how to translate the word ATENDIMENTOS from Portuguese to English in the context of a request, or call. For example, when someone has to go to help a client, it is an ATENDIMENTO. After many requests, we have a list of ATENDIMENTOS. So, What is the appropriate word for that occasion? would it be either attendance or call? Or even, is there another appropriate word?
