The right way of saying this, is: I feel like eating a cookie. Or someone would probably think that you're feeling like a cookie today, hahaha.

I partially agree with you. The way you said is correct, but you can also say you feel like a cookie. It can mean EITHER you want a cookie OR you feel like a cookie, literally. I remember a scene from the movie "A walk to remember" where Jamie asks Landon if he feels like a cookie and he answers: "Do I seem like a cookie?". In this scene you can clearly realize that HE played a joke, getting the question as a pun, while SHE, otherwise, intended to ask him if he wanted a cookie.
