Como eu falo: Faz tempo que não trocamos emails. (So long I haven't heard abou you??)
Como está todo mundo por ai? (How is everybody over there?!?!)

Almost perfect, Erika. Just one preposition change, for better effect:
"(It´s been) So long I haven´t heard from you." (Quite alright to omit the subject in informal personal writing)
"How´s everybody over there?!?! (Since you´re being coloquial anyway, why not abbreviate "how is"?)
