Como dizer Números Negativos?
Ex: -1, -2, -3

Amigo,
No contexto das TEMPERATURAS, é como já explicado acima:
"Hoje está menos 10 graus" = Today is MINUS 10 (degrees)".
"Hoje está fazendo 10 graus negativos (ou abaixo de zero)" =
"Today is NEGATIVE 10 (degrees)".
No contexto da MATEMÁTICA:
Se quiser falar um número negativo "sozinho": NEGATIVE one, NEGATIVE TWO" e por aí vai.
Agora, se for uma CONTA DE SUBTRAÇÃO, aí, sim, usa-se MINUS:
4 - (menos) 3 = 1 = "Four MINUS three equal one".
- 2 x - 7 = NEGATIVE two times NEGATIVE seven = NEGATIVE fourteen.
Fechou?

Creio que a pergunta se referia à MATEMÁTICA, já que foram citados "números positivos" (positive numbers), e aí não se usa falar "MINUS",
É 'NEGATIVE ONE, NEGATIVE TWO" e por aí em diante.
