And it depends on context, you have noticed from the above posts, that it varies in meaning, from letting somebody else know that him/her is an outcast, to just ask somebody to look for another people to talk (because you are busy at the momento, for example a mother/daddy saying to his teenager, but not meant to be wicked.)

The ones I just posted, are most of the time, impolite. Be warned!
