A frase "But what drives their behaviors is really different than what drives our own." está correta? Minha dúvida é com relação ao "than". Caberia um "that"?

Não cabe, pois as funções do that são de pronome demonstrativo (That book is mine), pronome relativo (The cat that is in the garden belongs to me), advérbio (It's not that important) e conjunção subordinativa (I'm sure that you'll like it).
O than é a conjunção correta para indicar comparação ou escolha (I'd rather walk than drive there).
