E para dizer século XXI ?

Ex: É um absurdo ainda haver pessoas desse tipo em pleno século XXI.

Seria: twentieth first ou twenty first ?

Não recomendo e não tenho visto o uso de estruturas como "XX century". Veja as formas mais comuns em inglês.

Recomendo usar "Twentieth century"
