Existe uma forma de falar “Sem chance” no sentido de algo muito engraçado, por exemplo, vi um comentário em uma publicação do insta e achei muito engraçado/muito bem elaborado. Toda vez penso em falar “No way” porém creio que não seja adequado para a situação.

"No way" pode ser usado, sim.

I suppose Leo meant "se for na vida real", I make typos like that. 
Back to the crux. There are some memes on the web that goes "oh no, he/she didn't !" - ONHD and ONSD in textese - (showing incredulity or disapproval of some event or utterance).
It's not a plain translation but a workaround way to express that "ele ou ela não fez isso!" feeling, sometimes mean the "sem chance" thing.
