Formando estruturas parecidas, com mesmo conteúdo gramatical e que considero corretas:
The world which we live in:O mundo em que moramos
The world in which we live:O mundo em que moramos.
"We hope that many of the inventions on show this year will help to improve the world which we live in."--(Cambridge)
==>Eu retiraria um dos "in".A frase mais comum nos padrões gramaticais seria:
"But if this ever changing world,which we live in."
ou
"But this ever changing world in which we live."

ou
The city I live in is very dangerous!
Pois uma vez uma amiga me mandou uma carta em que dizia:
"The city I live in, in NH is very small..."
NH= New Hampshire (um estado)

Oi Murilo, desde que "Which" significa =qual?; o qual; aquele que; este que; pode sim, mesmo que esteja gramaticalmente incorreto (não tenho certeza), este é um caso daqueles que tem a preposição no final da frase, alterando a ordem não deve 'matar' o sentido não.. Para não complicar mais, achei algo no Google com essa 'estrutura' ----> The World In Which We Live
